Our 2005 4.5 legal strike days should be paid - with interest - !
In an important decision rendered February 12th 2008, arbitrator Pierre A. Fortin agreed with Ahuntsic College Faculty Union that make-up days for the legal strike
of 2005 should have been paid. This is an immense victory concerning our right to strike! (Click here for arbitral decision). (February 2008)
