2010-2015
On April 8, 2011, FNEEQ and the CPNC (representing our employers) signed a renewed collective agreement (2010-2015).
From now on, JACFA and the College will receive only a limited number of copies.
The collective agreement is now available online for individual teachers:

Letters of Agreement
Between collective agreements, the CPNC and FNEEQ sign letters of agreement
that modify certain clauses
of the collective agreement (for example, to modify
the salary scales
following the public sector pay equity settlement). You can find these
letters on the CPNC
Website under the 2010-2015 Collective Agreement. Please
note that only the FNEEQ letters apply to us.
