Is it a Dry Climate (type B)?

A Dry Climate is defined by the relationship of temperature and precipitation throughout the year.

Is the precipitation:

• Concentrated in the Winter (at least 70% in the coldest six months).
• Concentrated in the Summer (at least 70% in the warmest six months).
• Constantly Moist (less than 70% in both six warmest and coldest months).
